Notice of recruitment for short-term part-time staff at the swimming pool.
New Sunpia Saitama Ogose is recruiting short-term part-time staff for its summer pool season in 2026.
Students who want to work only during summer vacation, those who want to work within the income limits for dependents, those looking for a second job, and those who want to work steadily for a short period of time are all welcome.
Even those with no prior experience can work with confidence, as our staff will provide thorough training.

July 4th (Sat) and 5th (Sun), 2026

*Please let us know which days you are available to work during the above period.
*We especially welcome applicants who can work more during the summer holidays and those who can work on weekends and public holidays.
Working conditions
Minimum number of working days: From 2 days a week
Minimum working hours: 4 hours per day
We are open to discussing various work arrangements, such as "mornings only," "afternoons only," "only on school holidays," or "working within the income limits for dependents."
We will adjust your shifts to suit your preferences, so you can work without overexerting yourself.
Job Openings
Waterpark Lifeguard
Working hours: Shift system between 9:30 and 17:30. Hourly wage: 1,150 yen to 1,300 yen.
Main job duties
- Ensuring safety in the pool - Monitoring for diving and other dangerous behaviors - Offering brief greetings to customers - Patrolling the facility and assisting with cleaning, etc.
You don't need to be a strong swimmer.
This job involves watching over customers to ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Waterpark shop/reception staff
Working hours: Shift system between 9:00 and 17:30. Hourly wage: 1,150 yen to 1,300 yen.
Main job duties
- Handling check-in and check-out procedures - Assisting with sales at the concession stand - Simple cooking assistance - Managing rental items and lost and found - Simple cleaning of the venue, etc.
Even if you have no prior experience in customer service, that's perfectly fine.
There are few difficult tasks, and experienced staff will teach you carefully.

In the case of working 3 days a week, 5 hours a day
Hourly Wage: ¥1,150 × 5 hours × 12 days per month = Approx. Monthly Income: ¥69,000
In the case of working 4 days a week, 6 hours a day
Hourly Wage: ¥1,200 × 6 hours × 16 days per month = Approx. Monthly Income: ¥115,200
In the case of working 5 days a week, 7 hours a day
Hourly wage of 1,250 yen x 7 hours x 20 days per month = Monthly income of approximately 175,000 yen
If you want to work hard during the summer holidays
Hourly wage of 1,300 yen x 7 hours x 22 days per month = Monthly income of approximately 200,200 yen
Even for a short period, you can aim for a substantial income if you consistently work shifts.
