New Sunpia Saitama Ogose is currently recruiting staff, primarily hotel front desk receptionists .

Hotel Front Desk (Reception) | Job Description

Check-in/Check-out

Information about the building and surrounding area, and assistance with inquiries.

Telephone support (reservations, changes, etc.)
-
Simple PC input (reservation confirmation, data entry, etc.)
No experience necessary.
The PC input process is simple, and experienced staff members will provide support for reservation handling and data entry.
Since it's a workplace where we work together as a team, there's an environment where you can easily ask for help if you encounter any problems.
Points that make it easy to work

Work 2 days a week or more / Days and times are negotiable

After 17:00: Hourly wage + 30 yen, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: Hourly wage + 50 yen

Commuting by car or motorcycle is permitted (free parking available) / Transportation expenses provided (up to 10,000 yen per month)

On working days, you can use the "Ume no Yu Shokudo" restaurant with a meal ticket for 250 yen (select menu items only).

Free use of the "Ume no Yu" hot spring / Free use of golf course

Dormitory available (If using the dormitory: utilities included, 0 yen)
*Smoking area available on the premises (designated area only)
Working hours (shift examples)

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8 hours of work / 1 hour break)

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours of work / 1 hour break)

12:00 - 21:00 (8 hours of work / 1 hour break)
*Dates may vary depending on booking availability.
*High school students are subject to legal restrictions on working hours (not permitted after 10 PM).
Hourly wage and benefits

Hourly wage: ¥1,141 - ¥1,300 (depending on experience and ability)

Training period: 3 months (same conditions)

Comprehensive social insurance / Uniform provided / Salary increase (once a year, based on performance) / Opportunity for full-time employment
