[Effective October 1st] Notice of Price Revision for Tennis, Gymnasium, and Karaoke Facilities

Thank you for your continued patronage of New Sunpia Saitama Ogose.

Effective October 1st, 2026 (Thursday), we will be making some changes to the pricing structure for our tennis courts, gymnasium, and karaoke facilities.

【Tennis Court】

weekdays
Until 18:00: 2,000 yen per court per hour
After 18:00: 2,820 yen per court per hour

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
Until 18:00: 2,600 yen per court per hour
After 18:00: 3,420 yen per court per hour

*Lighting charges are included after 18:00.

【Gymnasium】

weekdays
Half-court: Until 18:00: 1,000 yen / After 18:00: 2,000 yen Full-court: Until 18:00: 2,000 yen / After 18:00: 4,000 yen

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
Half-court: Until 18:00: 1,300 yen / After 18:00: 2,300 yen Full-court: Until 18:00: 2,600 yen / After 18:00: 4,600 yen

*Lighting charges are included after 18:00.

【Karaoke】

10:00 AM - 5:00 PM: 1,200 yen per room per hour
17:00-21:00: 2,000 yen per room per hour

We will be changing our pricing structure from "per person, per hour" to "per room, per hour."

【Discounts for hotel guests】
The following discounts will apply when you use the eligible facilities with your accommodation.

Reservations for 1 to 7 rooms: 25% off the facility usage fee.
Reservations of 8 rooms or more: 50% off the facility usage fee.
